Refund policy

At Pocket Worthy, we’re a small business, and every order means the world to us. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund policy, but only if your item arrives broken or damaged

To request a refund, please:

  1. Provide clear photo proof of the damage.

  2. Email us at helpwithorder1@gmail.com with your order details and the photos attached.

Once we receive your proof, we’ll review your request and process your refund as quickly as possible. If your item has not been shipped yet, that is because of the pre-orders. Each wallet takes 2-3 hours to make, so please be aware of this.
